****roaches
Approximately two weeks ago I visited and placed an order for take-away at your Douglasdale branch. I sat down at the waiting bench area provided. As I sat there, I saw a small brown ****roach run from under the ordering/till counter to the area next to me. It was then followed by another ****roach. I called the Manager and showed him the 2 ****roaches that were now crawling on the lower wall next to where I had been sitting. He apologized and promised to call the company in to deal with it. Although I was happy with his response, I do want assurance that the Fumigators were called in the next day to that branch. The incident certainly has put me off returning there. ****roaches + food = loss of customers
