Client service is non existant

So disappointing. My family are regular customers at the Nando's in constantia Kloof, Johannesburg. We arrived today for lunch. We waited to order as it was more important for the waiters to finish their conversations. As we then waited for our order, we watched as others who came after us received their orders before us. And they ordered the same meal but for more people. 30 minutes into our meal, we had still not received our drink which was a crushed coco-pine. When we had to follow up, we were then told that the ice machine was broken. Got our money back for the drink with absolutely no apology or remorse. Was given a warm glass of tap water. I guess customers are no longer a priority at this branch.
