Clearness is important

What a bad experience at Nando's I went to go buy food I placed my order while I was sitting waiting for my food I saw something very disturbing the chef working with the food took cups out to make the cool drink she literally grabs the cups on the inside with her hands and start making the drinks without rinsing the cups ... That wat was supper disgusting and she touches here clothes wipes her hands from her colthes that just made me not want to buy food there again... Because what else is not happening in the kitchen... I DEFINITELY THINK THEY CAN DO BETTER
