Circus is in town @ Nandos Cresta

Good day, or atleast it was a good day until I Placed my order with you at 17:13 telephonically due to the website having errors. I Placed my order with no issues other than that but I was called at 17:55 and advised my order wil not be delivered at the confirmed time of 18:05 that it will be approximately 10 - 15min later no issue with that I waited until about 19:08 then I called the call center again on +*** after seeing ny order was canceled without notice this afternoon I called the driver who collected it and confirmed my address and asked where my food order was at 18:32 and she said she's on her way. I spoke to a team leader Rifilwe I believe and advised her of what happened as the store was supposedly un able to locate the driver as her phone was off. I was then phoned at 19:14 and asked if my order could be remade and sent again this after I waited how long 0for my food and proceeded to order from KFC which took less than 16 min to deliver my food after I Placed my order. The store then called me after I ate my KFC at 19:50 and thandeka attempted to explain the driver is new and she took my food to the wrong address. Needless to say that this is nearly 3 hours after my order was placed. The level of service is appalling and even though I was frustrated and sweard during the call to the call center I did not swear the agent or manager. But seriously are you running a circus over there as it seems the clowns are in town at Nandows Cresta
