Chicken was raw/undercooked - no response received from customer care or the store

Complainted to the store and sent an email with photos to *** about raw chicken received after ordering well done. I took one bite thinking maybe it was just the white color, but the inside of the chicken was still cold and raw. Never received a response from the store or the *** customer service.
