Chicken**** service

<p>Good day. I am once again extremely frustrated after I placed an order for a wrap at Nando's Alberton. I phoned at 13:16 and ordered a wrap for delivery at the hospital just across the street. By 14:25 no one has arrived and I phoned and spoke to the manager Thulani. He promised me it will be there in no time. It is now 15:10, and still no wrap delivered!! I have to sit and wait because I think they will arrive any moment, just to wait almost 2hours, and no delivery as yet. This is however not the first time this has happened. On Friday 27 January exactly the same happened, and I eventually told the to cancel the order after 2hours. Is this how Nando's does business?? Is this the Nando's way?</p>
