Chicken liver infused hot pot and spicy rice

I bought hot pot and spicy rice for the first time from the Bedfordview restaurant, I got my food and immediately didn't like what I saw when I started eating. The rice was undercooked, chicken had traces of being burnt, the veggies were almost non existent and the meal itself was just dry with just a drop of sauce. And that's not even the worst part...WAIT FOR IT...My meal had traces of chicken livers, though I couldn't see them, I could definitely taste them.This is one of my favorite meals to order from Nando's but this time it was just plain disappointing.
