CHICKEN FOUND IN VEGERTARIAN BURGER
My wife and I were at the Zone on Rosebank on Friday 27 November. As both of us are vegetarians for religious reasons, we ordered a vegetarian burger and vegetarian haloumi pita. As i had neared the end of the meal, my wife asked me what was attached to the edge of my burger pattie. When i had a closer look i discovered that it was a piece of chicken which was attached to the pattie. This is really unacceptable. this shows that Nandos has absolutely no respect for vegetarian clientele'. When i brought this to the managers attention she just apologies and said it was a mistake and she will notify the kitchen staff, and continued her day as if nothing out of the norm had occurred. Really sad I must say! Nando's , your staff have absolutely no Customer Service Skills. They have a \damn care' attitude. i will take this up to the complaints boards
