Chicken dust served instead of nandos extra hot with extra sauce.

on the 24th of june I ordered a full chicken meal with 4 sharings and 1.5 coke via ubber eats. the food I got was surely not from nando's the packaging was. I ordered extra hot with extra sauce and I got some chicken dust tasting type of chicken that I could have bought for r50.00 around the corner and not r282.00 I lodged a complaint via ubber eats and on the website but no response till date. what disgusting service I have received. I have been a fan of nando's for your years and really don't think I will buy it ever again. is this the kinda treatment we get from nando's in these hard times, nando's is not cheap but for the love of the food one make a sacrifice only to be fed kaak. I really want a full apology and compensation on this matter, because this is my third complaint to your company and I hope this time someone will respond or better yet social media will get to hear about this. pictures of the food and the slip are still there.
