chick from the floor sold to customers and ****roaches in dinning area
As i was waiting to be served, I saw one of the employees removing meat from the oven and then by mistake dropped a piece. Instead of taking that piece and putting it aside, he picked it up and placed it on top of the other pieces that he had taken. Clearly that is going to be sold to someone else who doesn't know that they chicken has been on the dirty floor. I called the manager and informed him and all he did was say sorry but he did nothing to remove that fallen piece. If we are eating unhygienic food then lets rather be told so that we know what we are paying for. On a previous occasion i was waiting for my order and while waiting i noticed a ****roach in the dinning area, how many more of them are there lurking around in the kitchen are??? How ironic that your serviettes say "Clean up your Act", Nandos Rosebank should do that. One last thing, i complained about this on the Nandos website and no response.
