I would like to state how disappointing Nando's is with their online/telephonic orders. On two occasions my order fell short and what's upsetting is that this time I couldn't even go through their order query line or the supervisor line on the ***. We had to make provisions for buying extra food elsewhere cause Nando's made sure that they don't give what one has paid for. I'm really disappointed and will never buy from any Nando's franchise anymore.
