The full chicken which was part of the festive chicken meal was served without both the thighs, instead these were replaced by hard parts of the breast. This was not error but a deliberate ommission which is in fact in breach of the contract that I will receive a full chicken with all its parts included. It's disappointing for people to behave this way towards their customers.
