To Whom it May Concern<br> <br> I went to your Nandos Eagles Landing branch in Honeydew opposite the new virgin active as i am a regular client of that Nandos but this time i feel i was **********...<br> <br> No doubt the service of most of your staff is excellent in that branch,very quick and efficient but it only takes one incident of proper bad service to change everything around..<br> <br> I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal for R57,50 and a burger meal for R57,50 with no extras just as it is advertised on your menu..<br> <br> So my maths is rather brilliant..R57,50 x 2=R115<br> <br> I was charged R117,30...When i asked the cashier why am i charged extra for the burger meal she said..I DONT KNOW..So i asked again politely as that is my nature..She said it was a mistake..So i asked her to correct the mistake and she says she cant as that is the price of a burger meal..So on your menu the burger meal is R57,50 but i was charged R59,80<br> <br> So please advise me how it becomes my problem if your menu shows R57,50 for a burger meal but apparently its actually R59,80????<br> <br> So when i asked her to correct the mistake again she ignored me and said next please which at that point is the reason i am typing this on hellopeter.
