Caterpillar in my Spinach
On Wednesday 13 April I bought potato wedges and spinach from this store. As I was 1/2 way through my meal I discovered a small caterpillar in my spinach. Shocked at the prospect that I may swallowed these and the potential side-effects from this I went to the outlet to report this.<br> I was met with the most nonchalant and *********** 'manager' who introduced himself as Justice and he told me that it was not the stores fault as they don't produce the spinach!<br> No questions on my health or an apology! Instead he told me to go and log a complaint- no details provided on how to log the complaint or anything! This service was revolting. Please discipline your manager and teach him basic skills on customer service!
