cashier assisting customers not from the queue
Stood in the line waiting to be assisted and when my turn came Ntokozo walked away, Zanele assisted an Indian lady who did not follow the queue without any explanation...i asked Ntokozo but she couldn't explain to me. Then my order came but not the way i had requested, no extra sauce ?
