Cant call it poor service....

Cant call it poor service because it was no service at all!!!

The Nando's drive through in Horison View seriously needs to do something about there service.

The first time about 2 weeks ago me and my wife bought some food at the drive through this was also late evening just after 19:00. No cars in front of us, we placed the order drove around to collect. At the collection window a lady screams from the kitchen side " I will be there now with your food" No proper greeting at the window, just a shout from the kitchen side. We waited +\- 8 min.

Tonight I just had enough!!! Came to the drive through again, placed the order and paid,time on slip is 20:50.

I drove around to the collection window and in front of us was a car. We waited about 5 mins then it was our turn. Came to the window no one to greet us or confirm the order. I looked through the window and there is no one insight!! Waited until 21:13,then a woman came around the corner with our order, no greeting again just a " Your pap and livers and ....."

They where not busy,there was one car standing outside and from what I could see it was only one couple.

Then when I got home.... My order was hot pot with livers. The hot pot I asked for lemon and herb and the livers mild,the lady at the order window confirmed my order before she requested payment. When I got home my hot pot was mild also.....WHY!!!!

I have a sample of the incorrect Hot pot food, if they want to argue that they gave me the right order!!!

Disgusting!!!!!

How are you going to better your service???

The next day ( 17th) I receive a response from Palesa saying they received my complain and logged a interaction and the interaction number is Verification: CAS-148899-B2F2F2 Nandos: ********** 000335 and need my contact details to phone me. I then immediately rep**** with my contact details and up to now even after my email on Friday ( 18th) following up with them not a single call!!!
