Cancelled order placed with phone without verifying

On Monday 11 October at about 19:00pm I placed an order at Nando's Sunward park. I was in Tsakane at the time I made the call as i was at a salon having my daughter's hair done.

The stay took longer than anticipated and I thankfully received a phone call from Nando's asking me if they should cancel the order; I explicitly told the lady not to and I will definitely come collect.

To my shock and utter disappointment when I got to the store, I was told my order was cancelled and there was nothing was nothing that could be done because they are closing. The lady who took my order ran towards the kitchen and everyone else refused to give me any attention.

This is the second time Nando's Sunward park is giving bad service, first it was dissatisfactory meal now not getting meal at all. I should have listened to my wife who advised not to order there but at another Nando's
