Call to Collect - Whats the purpose??
<p>Call to Collect is to be the quickest way for me to pick up the food and get it to the meeting on time. I have to plan my day everyday and time management is key for having a successful day! Today was one of those hectic days that every second counts! So I called Nando's Jean Avenue (decided to order Nando's rather than using my usual caterers) placed my order having to spell my name a couple of times (DAWN) and still got it wrong (BAWN) seriously??? but skipping that part! after being told that it will take 10min I know it takes me about 10 - 15 min to get there then I can just pay and collect! AWESOMENESS! UM NO! So when I got there I saw the Call to Collect board and no one is standing there as the que is out the door! Sjoe atleast I called ahead! Got to the counter to pay and collect as I called my order in, so the dude tells me I need to go stand at the back of the que cause they don't work that way. UM then why have the option? Other places work beautifully with this. </p> <p> </p> <p>The food is very nice, don't get me wrong but you need to work on your Call to Collect option especially over lunch time!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Dawn</p>
