Call center delays order to branch
I placed an order for Mr Delivery through Nandos call center at 11 AM this morning. they took down all my details and order and told me that the branch would call me back to confirm the order. The branch then phoned to confirm the order at 11:43!!! and then the branch wanted to get my details again as the details that were provided by the call center was COMPLETELY wrong. needless to say the order was cancelled after being told that the order would take another hour and a half over and above the 43 minutes it took for the order to get to the branch... absolutely PATHETIC!!!
