Burnt meat,not marinated and additional rolls that J didn't order
I would like to lay a complaint on Nansos Festival Mall. Firstly I advised the cashier that I would like to have 1/4 chicken with a side for R55. He punches in and adds the roll without. I asked him as to why the amount is R61 he said that that's the price. When the meal came through. The meal came with a roll.The meat is burnt and not marinated enough as usual. And the fork was dirty. The fork is stainless ***** but. The fork was just grey as if it was just washed without soap. I love Nando's but I was very disappointed at the service I received the waiters exchanged the roll with chips but what they don't understand is that I had spent unnecessary money that I didn't budget for. This is frustrating ? I didn't even finish the food that how disgusted I was.
