Burnt livers with no sauce

I ordered livers and a roll at Glen Acres mall. The livers were burnt with NO sauce absolutely nothing..... I took pictures as evidence . Then I also ordered fiesta fries and I got 5 chips . I literally buy from nandos once a week and I have never in my entire life has such horrible food . Il
