Burnt food

Last night I bought Bounjee Bowl and quarter leg with chips, they were burnt. I had to throw a portion. The new onion on the bowl was literally black and the quarter leg as well. It was late I couldn't take the food back and bare in mind that this wasn't the first time this happened. I think a month ago I bought a quarter leg with chips the meat was burnt, I didn't eat it, I had to return it next day. I'm so disgusted with this as I use petrol to drive to the restaurant. I want a refund or something for my food as majority of the food ended up in the bin.
