burnt food and dirty restaurant
On the 2nd of Feb I went to Nando's Vangate Mall and I have never been treated so badly. I ordered 2 meals on special which you get a quarter chicken, chips and a liqui fruit juice. On the side I ordered a cheese garlic roll. I was advised they are out of stock for the juice so I will get Coke of which I had no problem with. I requested a lemon n herb flavour and when my food came (eat in). When the food came, the roll was hard I had to throw it away, the chicken was badly burnt I couldn't eat the leg because It very burnt and there was no sauce on it. When I called the waiter to ask for sauce he said lemon n herb is out of stock. Why couldn't they have said that while I ordered the food so that I can decide with my money if I wanna go ahead and have chicken with no sauce or what. to make it worse, the place was so filthy it was disgusting. I feel very disappointed and I feel Nando's cheated on me
