Burnt chicken from Nandos Springs

I have been getting burnt chicken from Nandos Springs for the past few months now. Please train your cooking staff at Springs because every chicken I eat from that shop is burnt. What a waste of money. I wish I could attach a picture of how burnt this chicken is. You don’t even taste the flavor but you taste ash.
