BURNT AND TASTELESS FOOD

Pathetic service from nando's.

For the month of Ramadaan, we fast from 5;30 until 7 clock, we order nandos and guess what kind of food do we get, horrible tasteless burnt food. At that time you dont have anything else to break your fast so you are forced to eat, then when you log a complaint, they tell you that you must bring the chicken back or send a picture.

Seriously after we have not eaten for the entire you think we got time for all of this, NO WE DO NOT.

A CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASE YOUR FOOD EVERY FRIDAY AND THIS IS THE SERVICE WE GET AFTER WE COMPLAIN, DIGUSTING.
