Burnt and bitten meat

I bought 2 quarter legs with chips and asked for extra source as I was eating out. To my surprise the source was 2 much which they always complain when asking for extra source this one was extra *3, only to find out that the meat was burnt and as if someone took a bite before serving the meat. I'm so disgusted and disappointed. I want to post the picture and tell me if that meat was worth buying? I want someone to call me on *** and arrange for a refund or something. I'm even thinking of posting the picture on social media.
