Burned food/bad service

I am highly disappointed today (08/01/2021) I went to buy our Friday supper at Nandos Horizon village using the drive thrue,The lady that gave me my order dint even great she just said give me your slip,I gave her.She gave me a wrong order with missing items.I parked on the site and checks as I thought she could give me a wrong order,and I was not surprised.I went inside the shop and they took their time to check my order,finaly they gave me the right order.God home excited that I’m going to eat my favorite meal,I was so disappointed the meat was burned,dry,and hard my kids could not even eat it,I tried to take out the skin but it was bad,very bad.We had to make bread as it was late and the shop was closed.I am so angry and disappointed as this is not a cheap meal,I spent R340 on this meal(255 meal and half chicken)
