Burned and Eaten Chicken
I had experienced a bad service in Nandos Rosebank, I placed an order today at 11:29, they came and deliver for me and when I opened the food the chicken was burned and looks like the have eaten it on the other side. I called their Manager to inform him and he apologized and wanted to offer me another food, then I told him I have thrown it away and he said its ok, and he gave one of his cashiers a phone and the lady was like\Sisi next time don't throw food without us seeing it\" and I said I ddnt say you guys my refund me or give me new food but I called because I wanted to complain. The driver came to deliver and ask for the damaged food before I get new order, then I answered him that he really expect me to go through dat big bin that we throwing everything in a hotel so he must go back with his food. So what Im saying Im not mad at all and its my money that I used to buy that meal , Im a customer to them ,Im not just ******* they think I am, how can they expect me to go throw that bin to look for their damaged chicken they sucks and I will never buy to that Nandos again, the guy who said hes a manager was Thandanani."
