second bad experience with Nando's in Sandton, I beyond disgusted with the service i have received from this place the first time i was very understanding , I placed an order at 11:00 and i was told that it would take 45 mins i waited over 2 hours to get the order i am not even 5 km away from the branch itself. when i called to check on how far the order was i was told that the driver was 2 mins away 12 calls later the driver was no where close to delivering my order, when its eventually arrived it was burnt the salad looked so old , i called to advise of the state that they food came in and they just said sorry and they left it at that. i was so hungry at that point i didnt even have the energy to get proper assistance i let that go , i ordered again some story with the delivery time they came after 1 hour 3 mins i refused to pay for the delivery and when i checked my order there was stuff missing i called again to advise that my order had items missing they said the driver will come back in 10 mins that was at 12:18 to bring the items fast forward by the driver decides to come it 16:00 pm ...and what do we have a burnt cheese roll and burnt wings . i understand the flame grilled part of the menu i just dont know where the burnt part falls in if i had a desire to **** around and play mother Christmas with my money i would have given it to homeless people cause i mean this means that i have money to throw done the drain. they have rude drivers and even worse managers cause that are never present when issues come. the experience is beyond ****ed up.i want people to know that they mislead people with the wrong information, bull**** customer service , and false marketing they say flame grilled not burned ass food .i would go there personally and give them a piece of my mind however i might just end up in jail . they are ****ing around with my money and this is just the beginning i will deal with them accordingly ****** assholes
