Bull**** service

On the 30th/10/2020 I placed order to nandos parktown north. The was no order confirmation number or even to saw me that the store received my order. It was around 20:50 pm when I placed the order. At process of ordering the system went back to home page. I decided to go to McDonald's to but myself food. Around 22:05 pm I got a call from ubde eats driver saying my order is at the gate. Told told him to return the food coz I don't need it anymore even took him video as a proof. 7 days later I haven't got my refund. Nandos if is not burn food is this. I want my full payment including driving.
