Bug in food, old food and bad service ALL IN ONE

I just bought food from Nandos Cape Road, Port Elizabeth. I came home and found a bug in my salad. I then opened my pita to find black stuff inside it and the roll was dry. I asked for extra mayo which the bottom half was filled with which is great however the actual pita bread was old. The top part you can see was dry and not fresh. It was FAR from fresh. The salad inside the pita was an off-green colour and rather slimy in texture. I know my way around the kitchen, I know what old pita looks feels and tastes like. I know what toasted pita looks like. This was without a doubt DRY and OLD. But lets not forget the actual bug. I did the decent thing, I contacted the branch to deal with this issue with the manager with a quick solution. However, that was a horrible experience. The manager was RUDE and had no apology, she went so far as to imply that I put the bug into the salad.
