ordered a meal through the Drive-Thru. asked for a special order, well done extra sauce on two spicy rice and strips. asked them at the window if they are sure that they got the order right, and they confirmed yes, only to go home and it was dry rice and uncooked chicken in both orders.
another time i had to wait for 45minutes for chicken to be defrosted/available to order
