Big ups to NANDO's Polokwane for GREAT SERVICE

Hello Peter<br> <br> So on Thursday the 19th of March 2015 I got caught up in the business of the day, and when I finally got a chance to remember that I must have supper, it was 20h50. I picked up my phone and called Nandos Polokwane to place an order for collection. SURPRISINGLY, the gentleman that took my call actually agreed to take my order AT THAT TIME! I'm sure you're wondering what's the fuss about that. Well here it is: up here in Polokwane, 90% of shops (retail, food outlets, etc), especially at the malls, have a SERIOUS PROBLEM with a customer walking in 15 minutes before they close. Let me rephrase: the EMPLOYEES in those outlets actually will give you the most unwelcoming look if you enter a store at that time!<br> I found this to be a great service in particular coz about a week ago I was in Cape Town in a Woolworths store at Canal Walk when one of the sales people told me the mall (all shops) close at 9pm all week, and that its a tradition that all staff working in those shops are only allowed to leave their workstations only 30minutes after doors would've closed.<br> So I have a plea: Polokwane business, to grow, you will need to be willing to teach your employees CUSTOMER SERVICE
