Best customer service

On Sat the 18th I received a call from Noel at nandos Westgate I have to say thank u to u Noel for ur excellent Customer service u listened to my complaint and even made me smile in the process though I was angry. Today I came to the shop and u were so calm and warm. U asked what u could offer me and I mean I did not even have to wait 10min for my food it was here. Thank u ever so much for restoring one of ur customers. U are a blessing to the shop and the company. Thanks ever so much for grate service. Employee of the month goes to u.
