Beneath par service, online nonsense

I'm very disappointed in your service, I've tried to order Nando's for 3 days in a row. I live less than 3km from the 2 Nando's restaurants in my area, but everytime I try to order, I get a message that there are not taking orders.

Are you serious? I've been trying to order since Tuesday and I get the same message everyday? And don't even think about telling me to order on another platform, what's the point of having online ordering if you're not gonna be available?

I will not be buying or eating Nando's anymore, if my money is beneath, then keep your below par service anyways. I'm highly highly disappointed...

PS: I have ordered Nando's my times before where I live, so don't use that stupid excuse!
