Belgravia road Nandos not what it use to be

Was at Nandos Belgravia on thursday (10-3-16) evening a place that i frequent twice a week for the past 4 years.there are 3 nandos that are closer but because we njoy Belgravia or use to we go out of our way to go there. Food came after 20min we 1 of 3 customers in store order wasnt correct and when we told the waitor she just turned around and fixed it with no appology.The food we got wasnt the best the chicken inside was dry and wedges recieved was hard as in not fully cooked none the less i ate it as it was closer to 10 and i only had breakfast for the day. I didnt call the manager on duty as when i went to wash my hands he was playing on his cellphone at a table.He served me raw food 4 weeks ago an it was fixed with the hugest of attitudes by him and after i had to speak to the owner. so i didnt resort to take action but thursdays food was horible too, floor in store was wet ther was a bin on the basin really not what i expect from a place that i frequent. Please mr manager change your attitude and we pay for our food and expect quality at the price. I slipped in the store and for me that just took the cake because i was in a bad mood after horrible service and below par food
