Bad Treatment from waiter
I recently visited Nandos Jubilee mall with my mom, I ordered 2 quarter chicken meals and 2 sweet corns, I was served by a guy called Itumeleng he was friendly until I asked him to take back our cool drinks and bring them back with our food. He became so rude that when he brought back our food our chickens were swapped, there was no sweet corn, he didn't put my plate next to me but my mom who was sitting on the other side, we waited and waited for our sweet corns they never arrived. So we ate when we finished he came to clean the table, he just kept quiet I asked him what the problem was, he just kept quiet, I apologized for peace sake because I could see he was upset or rather grumpy but clearly he didn't accept it as he walked away and sent someone else to give us the bill of which we didn't ask for as we wanted to order something else. So we decided to just pay it off and leave. So I humbly ask Nandos to train their staff in controlling their moods, he is not the victim here but because I don't like upsetting other people I apologized. He didn't even see wrong in what he did.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
