Bad telephone manners at Nandos Sunny Park
I got off the phone at 11h36 after a rude lady hung up on me when I was trying to enquire further about the order I had placed. I had asked to speak to a guy who had helped me to order a lunch platter for a meeting earlier and the rude lady told me that he was busy. I indicated that it is regarding a lunch platter that I had ordered she said it is impossible to talk to him. She said I must speak to him at 3 PM . I requested her name but she continued to ignore me . I want an investigation on whom I was speaking to at 11h35 on 09/10/2015 and I demand a telephonic followed by a written apology.
