Bad staff, unorganized, pathetic service

In the 29th July 2018,was my sister's b-day, we decided to have lunch at nandos summerstrand Pe, we normally have our birthday lunches at nandos, we ordered 3 whole chicken and the 3 punches, all as one order, we received the 1st whole chicken and decided thst my parents and the kids can eat in the meantime,15 minutes later we still waiting, I then got up and took the slips to see the cashier and manager and then she just said sorry I will look in to it. The 2 whole meals arrived, after 5minutes. We were then waiting for our 3 punches ordered, I had to get up once again and had to ask for that as well, frustrated, eating cold food and waiting for drinks..... Nandos summerstrand can forget about us.
