BAD SERVICES AT NANDOS KYALAMI CORNER

I visited the Kyalami Nandos on Sunday, 21 July 2019. I always go to this branch as their services are exceptional however this time was so bad. i ordered two quarter chicken, chips and a roll and then i ordered an extra garlic roll. the first time when i got the garlic roll i took it back and said that the roll was not baked properly and very less garlic butter. when the garlic roll came the second time it was the same thing. i immediately went to the counter and told them that i finished eating and that i should be reimbursed. on this specific day there was only one lady that was serving and she was super slow. no manager even came out to me when i complained twice about the roll. imagine they brought a third roll even when i said i wanted a refund, this was my worst experience at the branch. when i eventually spoke to the manager at my request when leaving he was simply slow at hearing my point. i cannot understand how managers are placed when they dont even understand English. i was really disappointed with my meals.
