Nando’s OR Tambo needs to step up big time!!!

I often place orders for myself and colleagues via the Nando’s APP with no hassle. But as of late they have slipped up with every order! They either serve us burnt or undercooked chicken, with no extra sauces as per order and half cooked rice!!!

On top of that I politely returned the most recent order only to be assisted by a lady named Thembisile, her attitude was not welcoming and she was very rude. While she’s “assisting“ she continued to make funny comments and accepted no accountability for the errors. This is not the first rude encounter we have experienced with this lady and it’s disgusting. If it’s not the kitchen slipping up with orders, it’s rude customer service from the staff..
