Bad Service Tzaneen Nandos

I have been buying Platters from Tzaneen Nandos. Thursday I bought 2 Full Chickens, Friday I bought 4 Platters and Saturday I bought 1 platter and Sunday (today) I bought 2 platters. I have been getting bad service each day. As I was making my orders telephonically, I always got to the store to find my order not even been partially prepared. I had to be in store for them to prepare my order all the time. It’s so disappointing that I spend extra 45 min in the store waiting for an order I made an hour prior. Basically I’ve been waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes for an order each day. So disappointed with Nandos.

I am not happy whatsoever
