Bad service, no respect for customers
Ordered two meals one with a garlic roll that I requested to be slightly warmed up instead I got a normal cold roll. My companion ordered a salad that was served without cutlery. I had to stand up and go get them myself. I sent the roll back and asked for what I ordered. Eventually the waiter asked for my till slip that he decided to throw in the ******* bin once done his checks. This time I was provided with a normal roll that was extremely heated and crunchy. I took it straight to shift manager and nicely asked her to fix the mess. She, without an apology assisted and got my garlic roll. As I thought things couldn't be worse, the spinach served tasted quite off and acidic. Tasted like it was cooked in a vinegar or something. Tasted horribly off and couldn't eat it all.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
