Bad service Nandos Springs

Had the most atrocious service from @NandosSA Springs. Ordered 5 meals via the app, paid online, received all the proofs of payment. Went to collect the food, I was informed that I short paid. How do you short pay when the App tells you the amount due? 2nd incident nogal
