Bad Service Nandos Park Town

I placed an order telephonically at 12h00 got my order number 9147 SMS showed that my food will be delivered at 13h10 I called at 13:42 to follow up on my order. A lady picked up saying she will call me back. At 14:15 I get a call from the delivery guy saying I must meet him at reception. I went down stairs only to find out that he is not there, he made me wait about 7 minutes before he rocked up he didn't look clean.

I told him I am not paying for the food because of all the wait and bad service. The guy didnt want to give me the food.

Told him to keep it!

I have never experienced such bad service. The delivery man still has the never to say that I am not the only one everyone else has to wait.

And still said he is just a driver my food was only prepared now.
