Bad Service Nando's N1 City Cape Town
I placed an order at Nando's N1 City on the 27th May, they made me pay without telling me that their gas was not working, had to wait for an hour to get my money back and no one was telling the customers nothing.
Another customer went to the back to the managers office where they managers we sitting doing nothing and got his money.
I don't understand what was so difficult in telling us that they are having problem with their griller and we make the choice of wanting to wait or not.
