Bad Service Nandos Kenilworth

I bought a full family pack, cheese burger and asked for additional large fries. Got home and looked at the food I ordered. Found an additional coleslaw in the packet. Guess what no chips, no cheese burger and I always buy the whole chicken and do not ask them to cut it up to eight pieces but my special request was ignored and the chicken I got was made up of different pieces. I found in and spoke to a lady and she said he will attend to me after ten minutes no one came and the phone was put down. I spent almost R400.00 and what I got was bad food and never care attitude. We as South Africans must be able to hold them to be accountable because it's our money and we need to take a stand and not go to places which are mediocre and not interested in you the customer. Will not buy from them again.
