Bad service nandos festival mall

I was in nandos fest mall yesterday 19 December I ordered full chicken with 2 sides and I seated on the couch infront of the tills,I waited till I saw people who came after me and I went to ask.The lady said she's still busy she will check my order,I waited till I ask a different cashier and she check and give me the order remember I ve been sitting there no one called my order. To my surprise at home there was no salad only chicken nd rolls......I'm so disappointed why why you have to treat people like thrash....will never recommend to anyone it's just a bunch of lazy staff
