When i received my order i got 1 half chicken and i ordered 2. Instead they sent me 2 mielie sharing where i ordered 1. When i called them they told me they will fix the order but can't deliver it. So why did i pay almost R 100 for tip and delivery and is still had to drive all the way there. If i wanted to drive i would have placed the oreder and go collect it. If a business makes a mistake it at their cost not at the customer's cost. Needless to say that's going to make me stay away from nandos for another 2 years or so. This is the second time something like this happened and i thought they might have their act together after 2 years but i was mistaken. And I took them 2 weeks to respond to my complaint. Now they want a receipt that I don't have anymore. Bye bye nandos.
