BAD SERVICE Maponya Mall

My friend and I received the WORST service ever at Maponya mall Nandos 19/06/2015. Kaya FM is wasting their time advertising them because their service is more than poor. We placed our order around 19:50 and only received it COLD an hour later. We had to ask them to clean the table for us. Their reason for a delayed order was that they did not have a bar man for that day. So how is that our problem and does bar man work in the kitchen??? They brought our drinks and did not bring the glasses and the opener. It is now winter and the place is cold no heaters for the customer to feel warm while enjoying their meals. No one checked on us while we were eating to check if we're still ok or need anything. We had to call the waitress who was sitting with her other co-workers on the table next to ours to give us the bill. Eating in front of the customers??? As if that was not enough we had to walk out with the supervisor on shift to go withdraw the money at the ATM around since their speed point did not work. I have been trying to get hold of Dumisani who they said is their manager but their line is forever engaged. The place is not even as WOW as Kaya FM has been saying
